Late Policy

You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive for your scheduled booking. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, a $50 late fee will be applied to your final statement. Your session must still conclude at the originally scheduled time.

If you require additional time, you may request an extension, subject to availability. Approved extensions will be charged and added to your final statement. For events and hourly rentals, late arrivals will forfeit that time.

Additional Time

If you need extra time beyond your scheduled booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Additional time may be available upon request. All extensions must be approved in advance and secured with payment prior to use.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

All deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel, please note your deposit will be forfeited. You may reschedule your session for a future date, but requests must be made at least 24-hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

Guests & Capacity

Each booking includes a maximum number of guests based on the session type and space capacity. If you plan to exceed this limit, prior approval is required, and an additional fee per extra guest may apply. Overcrowding beyond the maximum occupancy limit will result in immediate termination of the session, without refund as this becomes a safety risk.

Overtime Fees & Unauthorized Use

If you exceed your booked time without prior approval, an authorized fee of $200 per hour will be charged to your account. Overtime charges begin immediately after your scheduled end time, rounded to the nearest 15-minute increment. Staying past your booked time without payment or approval may result in denial of future bookings.

Damages

Clients and their guests must treat the studio and its property with care. Any damage to the premises, equipment, furniture, or props due to negligence or misuse will result in charges for repair or replacement, plus an additional $250 replacement fee.

Equipment & Props

Lighting, equipment, and props are available upon request and may be subject to rental fees. Please handle all items with care and return them to their original location after use. Any damage to rented equipment or props will results in replacement costs and a $250 replacement fee.

White Cyc Wall

The white cyc wall is available for use in select photography sessions. Shoe coverings are required for all non-talent individuals stepping on the cyc floor. If the cyc wall is damaged, a $300 repair fee will be charged. If you require a freshly painted cyc wall, please request at least 7 days in advance and submit payment for the $150 painting fee. Any noticeable marks, scuffs, or scratches made during your session will incur an additional $150 repainting fee.

Backdrops

Standard color (paper) backdrops are available at no additional charge. Specialty cloth backgrounds may be rented upon request for an additional fee. Damage to any backdrop will result in replacement costs and a $100 replacement fee.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site. Clients and their guests must park only in designated parking areas.

Confetti, Glitter, & Sequins

The use of confetti, glitter, sequins, or similar materials is strictly prohibited. If any of these materials are present after your session, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.

Fire Hazard & Special Effects

The use of open flames, smoke machines, fog machines, dry ice, or pyrotechnics is strictly prohibited without written approval. If approved, additional safety measures and permits may be required. Any damage caused by heat, fire, or special effects will result in a $500 penalty in addition to repair costs.

Noise & Disturbance

Noise levels must remain reasonable during all bookings. Live performances, DJ setups, or amplified sound systems may be subject to volume restrictions. Clients are responsible for ensuring their guests do not disturb neighboring businesses or residents. If noise complaints are received, you may be asked to lower the volume or end your session early without a refund.

Liability Waiver & Insurance

My Creative House is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/damaged property during your booking. For large events or productions, we may require clients to provide proof of liability insurance covering any potential damage or injuries.

General Policies

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises.

• Loud music or conversations are not allowed outside of the building.

• Drugs and weapons are strictly prohibited.

• Pets and animals are not allowed unless pre-approved in writing by studio management.

• Children must be supervised at all times. Unsupervised children may result in the termination of your session.

• We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings. Please keep your items secure.

• Security cameras are installed in select areas for safety. By booking a session, you consent to being recorded.

• Behind-the-scenes photos or videos may be taken for promotional purposes.
